Returns Policy
 

If there is an error in the personalization of the greeting card that is related to the alignment of the image or image quality, we will replace the card at no additional cost. Please report these errors within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund via the ‘Contact Us’ page or email us at support@zestycompany.co.uk
 

Personalisation Error

Customers should verify all personalisation details before placing their order - please double check these! We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for mistakes made by the customer, including misspellings or incorrect information.

 

Cancellation Policy

Personalised greeting card orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. Unfortunately, cancellations after this period are not valid as the order will already be being processed.

 

Refund Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original method of payment.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of personalization errors or defective products.
